CBC Books Canada Reads 2016 Longlist

It's that time of the year #CanLit book lovers! Yes, it's the release of the Canada Reads 2016 Longlist and wow, what a fine list of 15 contenders it is! This year the Canada Reads theme is "starting over", featuring stories surrounding change, transformation, and second chances. I'm pleased to see a few of my faves making their way to the top of the pile: "The Illegal", "All The Broken Things", "Sweetland", and "Station Eleven".
